Compassionate Hearts is a Non governmental organization that is committed to making sure that senior citizens age gracefully in our country. Over the years the aged generation has been neglected, and lonely and many times are the times they die of loneliness. As age catches up with us as the community starts seeing the old as liability. It is with this in mind that Compassionate Hearts was formed to cater for the old and also help with material things for those who are poor and above 65 years. Those who have material and are lonely get to fellowship with their fellow old people. Compassionate Hearts is committed to making sure all senior citizens are heard and age gracefully. We also sensitize the busy able community to get involved and remember their own.
VISION
Our vision is to see all senior citizens above the age of 70 years who are lonely, sick and lacking materially, age with grace in Kenya and the whole of Eastern Africa.
MISSION
To carry out different charitable events, to help and bring the old together to fellowship, to share and help one another. We sensitize the community as a whole. To honour the senior citizens for their hard work.
